The basic salary depends on whether you work for us as a freelancer or you are employed by our representatives from India. The basic salary is at the same time, the minimum salary that is assured via the contract.

  • If you are a freelancer the basic salary is: S_b = 140₹
  • If you are employed via our representatives the basic salary is: S_b = 120₹

Your salary will grow in time based on the following formula:

Salary = (1/2)*S_b*(K_hours*K_feedback+1)

The feedback is given by clients after every lesson and is scored from 1 to 5. Where 5 is the best and 1 the worst.

K_feedback is calculated by using the following formula:

K_feedback = 1 if Mean_feedback <= 3

K_feedback = (1/2)*Mean_feedback – (1/2) if 3 < Mean_feedback < 5

K_feedback = 2 if Mean_feedback >= 5

K_hours is a coefficient that is calculated based on the number or taught hours by using the following formula:

K_hours = 1 if hours <= 100

K_hours = (1/100)*hours if 100<hours<300

K_hours = 2 if hours >= 300

For the clarification, the coefficients are shown on the plot below:
